GOAL

Prototype code for a PCP pipeline which coordinates Performance Co-Pilot actions (stop, start, ...) around workload execution and which implements these stages:

1. Execute a designated Workload and create a PCP Archive with test run metrics
2. Allow viewing of test run metrics as charts in a spreadsheet
3. Add time-sync'd Annotations to the PCP Archive (optional)
4. Allow viewing of test run metrics with Grafana (optional)

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Scripts properly function on a variety of SUTs

Documentation has been developed which details usage of the PCP pipeline
