GOAL

Prototype a method for incorporating Workload Annotations into Zathras results  (PCP Archives).

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Develop a technique and demonstrate with scripting it's functionality. Execute a sample workload monitored by PCPrecord_systemd. During Workload execution inject several Annotations into the PCP Archive

Documentation has been developed which details installation and execution
