GOAL

Prototype a Grafana Dashboard which provides the 'desired view' for Zathras results analysis (PCP Archive).

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Develop Dashboard which can be imported by the 'pcp-archive-analysis' Container and displays results from a Zathras wrapper, including Annotations.

Documentation has been developed which details installation and execution
