Allow overriding the kmod inhibitor

      There should be a way for users to override the unavailable kernel modules (kmods) exit so that they can convert. This would lead to an unsupported conversion unless CEE stated otherwise in a customer support case

      Acceptance criteria

      • Environment variable CONVERT2RHEL_UNSUPPORTED_UNCHECKED_KMODS is added as an option, or better worded variable name
      • Logging errors are replaced with warnings when environment variable is used
      • Log message is updated to mention environment variable and what it implies (skips check exiting c2r, and it is an unsupported conversion. See reference for how we do it elsewhere[1])
      • Log message is added about the check not throwing an error if it would otherwise have done it
