Acceptance criteria:

• A new key for ELS/EUS is added to the RHSM facts file /etc/rhsm/facts/convert2rhel.facts so that we can count the number or percentage of customer using these non-default subscriptions when converting their systems
• The work is coordinated with the Leapp folks so they have the same way of recording the information in the facts file (OAMG-12023)
