Acceptance criteria:

• A new key for E4S/EUS/AUS is added to the RHSM facts file /etc/rhsm/facts/leapp.facts so that we can count the number or percentage of customers using these non-default subscriptions when upgrading their systems
• The work is coordinated with the RHEL Conversions folks so they have the same way of recording the information in the facts file (RHELC-1725)
