After partial upstreaming of tests, there are some duplicate tests present in both public and private repo.

Remove all duplicates from private repo, and start testing both private and public repo in RHEL.

Private repo: https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel/tests/sqlite

It might be possible that more "upstreamable" (non private) tests are in the private repo, that could be moved into the public repo. To keep this task on point, it's out of scope for this task to make more tests public, only remove stuff from private repo, that is already in public repo.

It might break sustaining engineering tests, so it is required to check TCMS that it works correctly. Possibly it will be required to link public tests into TCMS. That is not part of this task, but task for this is linked depending on this task.
