      Keep public tests plan in internal private repo. This way you can run this command:

      testing-farm request --context distro=rhel-9.6 --compose RHEL-9.6.0-updates-20250618.8 --arch x86_64,aarch64,ppc64le,s390x --git-url https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel/tests/sqlite --git-ref master --redhat-brew-build 68346338

      and test both public and private tests.

      This should be as easy as placing https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/sqlite/-/blob/c10s/plans/tier1-public.fmf in the https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel/tests/sqlite repo.
