Our prefered testing infra is TF, see RHEL-85667. But there is currently a high risk that this doesn't (yet) work, so running tests in GitHub actions is an useful fallback.

This requires /dev/kvm (I hear there is an undocumented trick for getting it!) and quite some disk space (not sure if it's enough). But we either would learn that it's possible (then that'd be highly useful), or the resources are too limited (and then we know we don't need to spend more time on that approach).

Deliverable: Either a draft PR which demonstrates how this works, or a report/proof here that this doesn't work.
