      This is difficult for the reasons mentioned in RHEL-78157 , but desirable, as TF is our "natural" testing habitat.

      See if there is a short-term hack around TFT-3028 and TFT-3020 until TF gets better at doing the right thing. I.e. something like "give us a pristine CentOS 9 (and/or Fedora) bootc instance with some env vars/pointers/etc. to the test subject (packit COPR build or even just the PR), without trying to actually install any packages".

      Deliverable: Either a draft PR which demonstrates how this works, or a discussion with the TF team why this isn't currently feasible, and closing this with referencing a TF issue.
