Goal

As a user I want to issue commands to turn encryption on or off, or to re-encrypted with a new master key, and I want to know if they have succeeded or failed. I want to be alerted properly to the current state of a pool, whether encrypted or not.

Acceptance criteria

• Working commands to turn encryption on or off or to re-encrypt with a new key.
• Proper display in listing code of relevant information regarding pool's encryption status.
