      Description

I want to be able to issue commands to change the encryption status of a particular pool after it has been created.

For example, I may believe that the master key has been compromised, so I want to re-encrypt the whole pool with a new master key.

I may, after using the pool for a while, decide that I would prefer it to be encrypted, and want to turn that feature on without moving all my data.

I may decide that the data on my pool no longer needs to be secure, and that the additional overhead of encryption is no longer justified and wish to turn encryption off.
