What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I'm testing kdump on Azure AMD SEV-SNP instance. VM size Standard_DC2as_v5 is used. And I'm using UKI.
Vmcore saving process doesn't complete after waiting half an hour. After a forceful reboot, there's a 'vmcore-incomplete' file.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      kernel 5.14.0-536.el9
      kexec-tools-2.0.29-1.el9

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  Copy 'crashkernel-default' to /boot/efi/loader/addons/
      2.  # echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger

      Expected results

vmcore saves in a few minutes maximum

      Actual results

        1. Call trace.txt
          2 kB
        2. serial.txt
          44 kB
        3. serial_cp.txt
          40 kB
