Same issue on RHEL 10 kernel 6.12.0-41.el10 and kexec-tools 2.0.29-2.el10

What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I'm testing kdump on Azure AMD SEV-SNP instance. VM size Standard_DC2as_v5 is used. And I'm using UKI.
Vmcore saving process doesn't complete after waiting half an hour. After a forceful reboot, there's a 'vmcore-incomplete' file.
