A customer of mine, Vicinity Centres (Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd, RH account 7133188), in Australia has a BYOS RHEL system in azure called dsvrlaz5722

When looking at the output of `subscription-manager facts` the system reports `azure_offer: Unknown`.

The swatch-system-conduit code here is not able to identify this system as a BYOS system even though we know that it is.

      https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/blob/main/swatch-system-conduit/src/main/java/org/candlepin/subscriptions/conduit/InventoryController.java#L193-L200

Can we investigate this further by getting more details about the customer's system?  I do not have a screenshot from the Azure Web console but I believe we confirmed that the system is configured as BYOS using Azure Hybrid Benefit

Please let me know if you need help collecting any more data about the host and I will try to work with the customer, but please be mindful that they are extremely busy.
