      With the backport of the GTK4 port of pavucontrol (RHEL-35527, the libsigc++ dependency in the spec wasn't updated, which is now giving failures when building from source (FTBFS).

      yselkowi@redhat.com already fixed this in Fedora with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pavucontrol/c/ddba59fe590f523abb748be7f5d7852097e2b4b0 , so we probably just want to backport this into CentOS Stream.
