There's been a API/ABI bump in the mm stack (C++ bindings for glib/gtk/pango/..) which sadly gets us into a situation where we are shipping multiple version of the same libraries:
cairomm1.16
cairomm
glibmm2.4
glibmm2.68
pangomm
pangomm2.48
libsigc++20
libsigc++30
just to accomodate the GTK 3 and GTK 4 versions. As pavucontrol and open-vm-tools are the only packages in RHEL 10 requiring the GTK 3 support, we're thinking how to approach this, but from pavucontrol's point of view it should be relatively straight forward, as there's upstream GTK 4 port which had been merged just 2 weeks ago - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pavucontrol/-/merge_requests/81 . Can you please backport that change or rebase pavucontrol to the next version which will contain that change into RHEL 10 before 10.beta?
