Goal

• Vendor gdisk until we are ready to move to sfdisk
  • gdisk is being removed in CentOS Stream 10. In order to not have to maintain gdisk only for Igntion in CentOS Stream 10, we are migrating ignition from sgdisk to sfdisk. This is migration is not ready yet but we want to remove gdisk from CentOS Stream 10 as soon as possible thus we are vendoring gdisk in ignition until we are ready to remove it completely.
