      Starting from compose-id RHEL-10.0-20240802.0, an error occurs when attempting to install ipa-server on a RHEL 10.0. The installation process fails due to unresolved dependencies related to pki-ca

      Steps to reproduce

      • install ipa-server on RHEL 10.0 with the command: yum install ipa-server
      • Observe the dependency resolution failure.

      Console Output:

      [root@master ~]# yum install ipa-server

Error: 
 Problem: package ipa-server-4.12.1-3.el10.x86_64 from rhel-10-AppStream requires pki-ca >= 10.10.5, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package idm-pki-ca-11.5.3-1.el10.noarch from rhel-10-AppStream requires idm-pki-server = 11.5.3-1.el10, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides java-17-openjdk-devel needed by idm-pki-server-11.5.3-1.el10.noarch from rhel-10-AppStream

      Expected results:

      The ipa-server package should install without any dependency issues.
