Add gating test for OpenJDK against IdM

      IdM is a critical component in RHEL and it has a dependency on OpenJDK through PKI, so each OpenJDK update should be tested against IdM to ensure its stability. Please add at least a basic IdM installation test with CA in OpenJDK's RHEL gating. Thanks!
