What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Download install.img by Anaconda during boot when the install.img is not on well know place but pointed by .treeinfo file.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to reproduce (not tested but it should work)

1. Copy .treeinfo from BaseOS repository to another path on the server 
2. Modify .treeinfo file to point to correct place for the install.img stage2 image
3. Run the installation without inst.stage2 path but instead use inst.repo pointing to server with .treeinfo file

Expected results

Anaconda should start correctly.

Actual results

Anaconda will fail to read .treeinfo path for the installation URL.
