We need to ensure that all dm-vdo volumes are clean before starting an upgrade from RHEL 9 to RHEL 10.

So we need to add something to the leapp workflow to check if each dm-vdo volume is clean, and to do any necessary recovery before starting the upgrade.

Upgrading with a non-clean volume is possible, but the upgraded dm-vdo volume will enter read-only mode as soon as it is started and subsequent recovery steps may cause a loss of data.
