Steps to reproduce
- boot a windows 2019 guest with seabios
- run wmic MemoryChip get Capacity in guest
Expected results
get the correct output:
PS C:\Users\Administrator> wmic MemoryChip get Capacity

Actual results
get the output: No Instance(s) Available
