      The Fedora pull request, https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/glibc/pull-request/95, adds a compatibility kludge to perpetuate a workaround that disables AVX2 strcmp in ld.so until valgrind is fixed (RHEL-32735).

      We need to support this workaround as soon as possible because it impacts RHEL 10 testing.
