Description of problem:
Performing a right-click on the title bar of a window, the drop-down menu opens.
When relinquishing the mouse button they menu stays open (= expected behavior)
- Sometimes the menu stays open when doing another right-click (= buggy behavior)
- Sometimes the drop-down menu immediately closes when you relinquish the mouse button (= buggy behavior)

- gnome-shell-40.9-2.el9.x86_64
- gnome-terminal-3.40.3-1.el9.x86_64
How reproducible:
Exact steps are unclear but it can be triggered (investing a couple of minutes) by right-click and release
the mouse button on the gnome-terminal title bar many times.
It might take several minutes performing above procedure until unexpected behavior appears.
