We have a downstream RHEL patch that adds RHEL Subscription into GNOME Control Center and GNOME Settings Daemon:

As GNOME Control Center is GTK 4 based in RHEL 10, we have to port the downstream patches to GTK 4, incorporate any UI/UX changes proposed by aday@redhat.com and also fix the following 3 bugs reported against RHEL 9 (JQL query):
- [ALL LANG][RHSM GUI] Unlocalized strings in About - Subscription dialog and message boxes.
- Subscription management UI not visible after clicking on "Register System"
- "System Not Registered" notification shown immediately after session start
All this work needs to be ready fro RHEL 10 Beta.
