Goal: 

• Ensure permanent queues from ipp-usb work with CUPS Sharing server

Acceptance Criteria

• the queue can be installed permanently via CUPS Web Interface and lpadmin command
• the queue can be shared via mDNS (is seen by avahi-browse in the local network) and accessible by printer profiles
• End user can change default options of the print queue
• Write tests covering the previous criteria
