As the nm-connection-editor functionalities are available on gnome-control-center, we can remove this package from RHEL-10.
This task will track this removal planned for RHEL-10.

After some discussion with GNOME maintainer, they are still relying on nm-connection-editor for mobile devices. Therefore, Network Management team will need to collaborate with them in order to help remove this dependency.
