What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      • When running GNOME over the Teradici remote access solution, GNOME settings will not allow to remap the Wacom tablet Expresskeys under GNOME Settings
      • These are not the buttons on an Expresskey remote; per the customer, this is a completely different thing affecting Cintiq tablets.
      • This has been reported on the "WACOM [PTH660] INTUOS PRO MEDIUM" model tablet.
      • Customer was using a GNOME Classic session over X11.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      [Pending]

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start Teradici client session with Wacom Tablet connected via USB.
      2. Open GNOME Settings and select Wacom Tablet.
      3. Select Map Buttons... under the tablet entry

      Expected results

      • Expresskey buttons on tablet should be remappable

      Actual results

      • Expresskey buttons aren't remappable
