What were you trying to do that didn't work?
- When running GNOME over the Teradici remote access solution, GNOME settings will not allow to remap the Wacom tablet Expresskeys under GNOME Settings
- These are not the buttons on an Expresskey remote; per the customer, this is a completely different thing affecting Cintiq tablets.
- This has been reported on the "WACOM [PTH660] INTUOS PRO MEDIUM" model tablet.
- Customer was using a GNOME Classic session over X11.

Steps to reproduce
- Start Teradici client session with Wacom Tablet connected via USB.
- Open GNOME Settings and select Wacom Tablet.
- Select Map Buttons... under the tablet entry
Expected results
- Expresskey buttons on tablet should be remappable
Actual results
- Expresskey buttons aren't remappable
