Goal: 

• Update zhongyi-song-fonts from GB18030-2005 to new version supporting the new revised GB18030-2022 standard.

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Get the updated font from ZhongYi company
• Pass the internal devel and QE testing
• Start to package the font in RHEL Supplementary channel
• Pass CESI GB18030 Level 2 certification
