Auto case list needs to be updated:

• Background:
  • Before reordg: libvirt case modular plan  (it’s starting before reorg) was not finished, so not all the left cases are organized in one job.
  • After reorg: For migrated qemu to libvirt Project. We deprecated some libvirt cases
• TO DO:
  • Updated all left case list in (virtual_networks_modular),
• When:
  • We could also wait until CI is chosen and then do this organization. But sometimes we need to focus more when get task like item  [Dual Stream] Validate el9 userspace on el10 kernel upgrade matrix , and Run and debug virtual network jobs for: RHEL 9.2 hypervisors for RHEL10 Guest
