Background

• Migrate qemu cases to libvirt Project
• The left libvirt cases could be addded to KAR,(AS we all know KAR could invoke libvirt cases,  libvirt-ci could invoke qemu cases)

• Check if all left libvirt cases' sub case are still useful and do the filter
