Goal

• It is possible to upgrade using LiveMode on non-x86_64 architecture (on a minimal setup).

Acceptance criteria

• Explicit inhibitor for non-x86_64 architectures is removed.
• x86_64-only packages are removed from the list of "required" packages that are installed into the target userspace when upgrading with livemode. In particular, the list cannot contain `dmidecode`.

• It is possible to perform a RHEL upgrade with LiveMode ( IPU 8 -> 9 and IPU 9 -> 10) on a minimal setup (no advanced partitioning, etc.)
