Leapp: 9.7 & 10.1
Description
As a user I want to be able to boot into a minimal target RHEL with a proper boot target and run leapp a systemd service from there instead of booting into leapp's custom initram disk. This allows me to interact with the underlying system, e.g., check why the network failed to start, etc. This feature allows for a paradigm shift for writing my own actors - instead of working in leapp's custom initramfs, I get to work with a system that well resembles the post upgrade system. For example, instead of figuring out all the details of what I have to do to leapp's initramfs to get a network working, I am figuring out what are the necessary steps for the post upgrade RHEL to have network. This way, initramfs stops being stongly a distinguished environment from the post upgrade system{}
