      Steps:
      1. Check the patch in virt-v2v package on rhel10.2 server

      1. rpm -q --changelog virt-v2v-2.9.10-1.el10.x86_64 |grep 'Fix off-by-one error'

      Actual result:
      As above description

      Expect result:
      Fix the bug

      Can't reproduce the bug on rhel9.8, related bug is https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-19061
