We have faced the issue that leapp-rhui-aws package is not available yet.
As far as I know the issue occurs in ap-northeast-1 and us-west-1 regions at least.

Steps to reproduce

On RHEL 9.7 PAYG instance:
```
$ sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled rhui-client-config-server-9
$ sudo dnf -y install leapp-rhui-aws
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 Client Configuration 16 kB/s | 1.5 kB 00:00
No match for argument: leapp-rhui-aws
Error: Unable to find a match: leapp-rhui-aws
```

Expected results

The leapp-rhui-aws package can be installed.

Actual results

See above.

As a current workaround we downloaded the attached package file from RHEL-64910 and tried it, the upgrading was successful.
