      Try to start sshd service while booting with RHEL10 Rear rescue ISO and try to access using ssh.

      unable to access system from rear recovery enviroment

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100% reproducible

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Take rear backup
      2. Boot with rear rescue ISO
      3. Observed sshd service failed and unable to start it

      Expected results

      sshd should start and  should able to access  the system using ssh

      Actual results

      Unable to start sshd service  same is working in RHEL9 rear rescue booted system.
