sshd fails to start in the rescue system

      sshd in the rescue system does not start. When starting it manually via /usr/sbin/sshd -d, it prints /usr/libexec/openssh/sshd-session does not exist or is not executable and aborts. The same happens in a regular RHEL install if one removes /usr/libexec/openssh/sshd-session, identifying it as the culprit.

      Workaround: Add COPY_AS_IS+=( /usr/libexec/openssh/sshd-session ).
