We are going to rebase qemu-kvm for RHEL 9.8. We are going to use QEMU 10.1.0 version that we use for RHEL 10.2. However, due to differencies in RHEL 9 we need to check rebase for any handling we need to make them compatible with previous version.

Special focus is needed for pc-i440fx-rhel7.6.0 machine type that too older and can cause some issues.
