      The GDAL package is not functional in Centos 9 at the moment, it is missing most of its drivers.

      The following drivers are available:

      [
        'VRT',
        'MEM',
        'GNMFile',
        'GNMDatabase',
        'ESRI Shapefile',
        'Memory',
        'GeoJSON',
        'GeoJSONSeq',
        'ESRIJSON',
        'TopoJSON'
      ]

      In particular, GeoTIFF, the most widely used raster driver is missing.

      I am using:

      gdal-libs-3.10.3-3.el9.x86_64
      gdal-devel-3.10.3-3.el9.x86_64
      gdal-3.10.3-3.el9.x86_64
