      Upgrade requires a manual step. Our automation stops processing.

      Packages:

      • leapp-0.19.0-3.el8_10.noarch
      • leapp-upgrade-el8toel9-0.22.0-4.el8_10.noarch

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Run leapp in live mode
        # leapp upgrade –target 9.7 --enable-experimental-feature livemode --no-rhsm

      1. Create a file /root/tmp_leapp_py3/.leapp_upgrade_failed, can be empty
      2. Reboot

      Actual results

      From console.log:

               Starting Notify NFS peers of a restart...

      See 'systemctl status upgrade.service' for details.
      [  OK  ] Reached target Multi-User System.
      [ OK ] Reached target Graphical Interface.
               Starting Record Runlevel Change in UTMP...
      [ OK ] Started Notify NFS peers of a restart.
      [ OK ] Finished Record Runlevel Change in UTMP.

               LEAPP LIVE UPGRADE MODE - *UNSUPPORTED*
      ============================================================
            DO NOT REBOOT until the upgrade is finished.
            Upgrade logs are sent on tty1 (Ctrl+Alt+F1)
      ============================================================
       It will automatically reboot unless you touch this file:
         # touch /sysroot/.noreboot

       If upgrade.autostart=0 is set, run an upgrade manually:
         # upgrade |& tee /sysroot/var/log/leapp/leapp-upgrade.log

       Log in as root, without password.

      Expected results

      Depends on our discussion. Maybe this is not a bug and it will require a different approach in our testing framework.
