Employee Rostering: shifts and shift templates cannot be resized in UI

      It's not possible to change start or end date of shifts nor shift templates by dragging border of the box representing these entities in the UI pages "Shift" and "Rotation".
      To change the start/end time, use the edit dialog of shift or shift template.

      1. start the Employee Rostering application
      2. navigate to either Shift or Rotation page
      3. try changing the start or end time of a shift or shift template by moving the mouse pointer to the left or right border of the box representing the shift/shift template and drag the border

      This issue should be already fixed on master branch.
