Move package.json metadata (support, lifecycle) from BCP plugins to wrappers

      Goal is to remove unused metadata like:

      "keywords": [
    "support:tech-preview",
    "lifecycle:active"
]

      from BCP plugins.

      For example, see https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/commit/475b232977b1309950386e886190c9835078c619

      Repeat for other plugins with this content in it. Then we need to make sure the equivalent metadata is set up in the overlays repo, which replaces the wrappers.

      So for each plugin with a support: or lifecycle keyword that we own (RH supported) or publish as a wrapper:

      • ensure the same is already in the wrapper
      • submit PR to remove from BCP
