Description of problem:

There is no Description text in RHEC listings for OCI artifacts (npm packages / Backstage plugins)

For example:

Repository name seems sus too.

The values shown above are pulled in part from the Containerfile, so we can easily update those Containerfiles to provide a different SUMMARY or DESCRIPTION value:

Expected results:

We should have some basic content here, at minimum to tell people how to get RHDH and install the pluging (basic configuration).
