[Operator] Quickstart in OCP console refers to deprecated v1alpha1 Backstage CRD version

      Problem

      As discussed in https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04CUSD4JSG/p1751464397402079 , there is a Quickstart guide about "Installing RHDH using the Operator" in the OpenShift web console. But it makes use of the v1alpha1 CRD version, which is deprecated - see screenshot attached.

      As commented out in https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04CUSD4JSG/p1751464584920819?thread_ts=1751464397.402079&cid=C04CUSD4JSG, the info for this is stored in a simple YAML file for the Console Operator: https://github.com/openshift/console-operator/blob/main/quickstarts/rhdh-installation-via-operator.yaml
