      This is a follow-up on RHIDP-11114 to re-enable e2e tests in smoke-test.spec.ts

      PR https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/3900 tried this already, but the tests was failing and failing, so we should handle them as flaky. This means after re-enabling them the tests should pass multiple times before we merge the PR.

      AC:

      1. re-enable tests and mark set the PR on hold
      2. until it passes at least 3 times in a row without a change
