As a developer, I would like to know with certainty that my PR works against the e2e tests. All e2e tests currently fail, which makes it impossible to know the culprit. Therefore, we should disable all e2e tests to debug and figure out if the tests are problematic and if they should be migrated elsewhere. A feature will follow suite after the work is complete to track re-enabling the e2e tests in the correct location.
