Actual results:

The tiles list vendor names. When you click on the links, it appends a filter to the URL which does not work. e.g. /extensions?filter=spec.authors.name=Red%20Hat
This is a problem with categories links as well

Expected results:

When I filter via the UI, I get the right link: /extensions?filter=author%3DRed+Hat
