Actual results:

Banner message shows a snippet that is intended for Platform admins to install disabled plugins. The snippet is inconsistent with what's in the docs e.g. file path points to dynamic-plugins.yaml vs docs which suggests dynamic-plugins.extensions.yaml

Expected results:

Consistent instructions. If the dynamic-plugins.extensions.yaml is the recommended best practice, we should have that everywhere. It's also unclear in the sample snippet that extensions is under pluginConfig
